Camila Cirillo
Evaluator and member of the Management Committee of the Brazilian Network for Monitoring and Evaluation (RBMA). Holds a degree in Public Administration and a Master’s in Public Policy Evaluation, with over 15 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. Specialist in participatory methodologies, she conducts evaluations for multilateral organizations, Private Social Investment initiatives, and Civil Society Organizations, with a focus on enhancing program quality, strengthening institutional capacity, and generating relevant learning.

Cris Saturnino
20+ years of experience as project manager, human development facilitator and therapist. Cris’ work focuses on leadership empowerment, youth, inclusion and diversity.

Fausto Amadigi
20+ years’ experience in sustainability, strategy and organizational development. Masters in strategy and sustainability, MBA in environmental management, History and Law bachelor’s. Fausto is a partner at Olab and leads projects in Nature-based Solutions, strategy and development.

James Allen
For the last 20 years at the forefront of policy making, multi-stakeholder dialogue and land-use strategies across Latin America, Africa and Europe. James has a political science degree from the London School of Economics, and an MPhil. in Development Studies from the University of Sussex. James is co-founder of Olab, with a focus on organizational strategy and mediation.

Jess Oliveira
10+ years of experience in project planning and execution, people management and process facilitation. Expertise with start ups, non-profits and other industries. Civil Engineer with an MBA in Business Management from USP. Jess is also a graphic facilitator and consultant for business models and strategy design.

Jhon Duque
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialist in Project Management (POLI-USP), and Public Policy researcher (Itéramãxe). At Olab, works as a Project Analyst, contributing to the structuring and strategic monitoring of projects and internal processes, as well as supporting the facilitation and systematization of initiatives related to food systems and sociobiodiversity.

João Silva
Specialist in research and data analysis, particularly in socio-biodiversity supply chains and deforestation. Economist (Unicamp) and CNPq researcher. At Olab, João executes projects in strategy, research, evaluation and intelligence.

Maisa Signor
Portfolio Manager at Olab with an MBA in Project Management and a track record in conservation projects across Latin America. Focuses on climate, forest, and agriculture agendas, specializing in deforestation-free supply chains. Has a history of connecting South Global realities with international markets, facilitating multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral initiatives, and providing strategic support for conferences such as COP30 and COP16.

Michelle Sampaio
15+ years’ experience in sustainability and dialogue. Biologist, Doctorate in Ecology, Associate Professor at UNIRIO, and Coordinator of the Sustainable Action Lab. Michelle is a partner at Olab and leader of facilitation projects.

Pedro Regiani
With 12 years of experience in designing and facilitating complex processes in the fields of land use and biodiversity, he combines expertise in strategy, project management, operational efficiency, and inclusive and participatory processes. A graduate in Economics, he supports Olab as a consultant, integrating management practices with attentive and caring dialogue to generate more effective results. He is a Social Facilitator at Germinar, researches Nonviolent Communication, and is an Ontological Coach certified by the Newfield Network Chile.

Samuel Golodne
5+ years of experience in technology and as a tech-host facilitator. Expertise in organizing, producing and delivering online, hybrid and in-person events, ensuring technical and operational viability of large multi-stakeholder forums and online processes.

Wilgli Oliveira
Organizational design facilitator with over 10 years of experience in human development, operations, and self-management, with an emphasis on Sociocracy 3.0 and Holacracy. He has worked as a consultant in cultural transformation and organizational development for companies such as TetraPak, Siemens, and Banco Votorantim. Currently, he serves as a Consultant and Facilitator in Strategic Planning for the Public Sector, supporting the structuring of Education Departments in Northern and Northeastern Brazil and systematizing content focused on Food Systems and Sustainability.
